North Carolina Mountain Vacation (or Weekend) Cabin Rentals
A North Carolina mountain vacation getaway, Clear Creek Cabins appeals to those looking for a Hendersonville NC cabin rental,
a cabin near Asheville NC, or a quiet cabin rental near Chimney Rock or Lake Lure. Located in the mountains of Western North Carolina (WNC) and
complete with a hot tub, fireplace (gas log), outdoor gas grill, and rockers on the covered porch,
a cabin getaway at Clear Creek Cabins will be a memorable North Carolina mountain getaway.
The western part of North Carolina is known for its mountains, its beautiful wooded views, the Blue Ridge Parkway, the Biltmore estate, its many hiking areas, waterfalls, charming small towns with great restaurants, local crafts, and numerous venues to enjoy bluegrass music. The closest airport is the Asheville airport (AVL) and the Greenville-Spartanburg South Carolina airport (GSP) is used frequently by area residents and visitors. The Charlotte, NC airport (CLT) is also an option.
We are located 30 miles southeast of Asheville, 15 minutes east of Hendersonville, and 10-15 minutes west of the Chimney Rock/Lake Lure area. We are 2 miles off the local 2-lane highway (64), and 10 miles from the Interstate (26).
Our property is approximately 20 acres, half of it wooded. We have a pond which you can fish in, and a walking trail. There are picnic sheds on the property. There is over an acre across the road which adjoins Clear Creek, which is state trout waters. There are two fire pits, one near the pond and one near the creek. There are neighboring farms on either side of us, and the back of the property is bordered by miles and miles of woods. Part of the property is farmed and you are welcome to pick produce or sunflowers in season.
